The Cartridge Filters boast a corrosion-resistant, injection-molded, fiberglass-reinforced, polypropylene filter tank that offers superior strength and reliability. The cartridge assembly utilizes four non-woven, polyester cartridges, eliminating the need for backwashing. Simply remove the cartridges and rinse them with a garden hose, reducing water consumption. These filters provide the most energy-efficient flow and can save up to 2,500 gallons of water per year by eliminating the need for backwashing.
Suitable for in-ground pools and spas ranging from 5,000 to 35,000 gallons, the filter tanks are made from an extra-durable, glass-reinforced co-polymer material that can withstand the demands of the toughest applications and environmental conditions, including in-floor cleaning systems. The elevated, filtered water collector and debris sump prevent accidental bypass of heavy debris to the pool when the cartridge is removed for cleaning.
The extra-large cartridge element, with its new precision-engineered extruded core, provides extra strength and maximum flow. The filter specifications are as follows:
